David Lette is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Amsterdam office and a member of the firm’s global Consumer practice. David has led a wide range of C-level and supervisory board searches across the consumer, retail, and agriculture sectors. He advised clients on critical leadership appointments, drawing on his deep industry expertise and global network to connect organisations with exceptional talent. David is known for his ability to build lasting relationships in complex stakeholder environments and his passion for people and high-performing teams. David joined the executive search profession following nearly 20 years in the consumer goods sector at Heineken, where he held increasingly senior international commercial roles across Europe and Asia. His long-term assignments included Singapore, Poland, the UK, and the Netherlands. In his final role, he served as Marketing Director and member of the Management Team at Heineken Netherlands, overseeing the commercial strategy and full marketing agenda for a portfolio generating over a billion in turnover. He began his career in investment banking at Citigroup in London before transitioning to the FMCG sector with Asia Pacific Breweries in Singapore. An internationally experienced leader with a global perspective, David has lived and worked in multiple countries throughout his life. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of St Andrews in Scotland and completed the International Baccalaureate at the United World College of Southeast Asia in Singapore. He is fluent in Dutch and English and conversational in German.
