Career Summary: I am an experienced VP corporate development, M&A, and strategy leader specializing in the TMT vertical, with over a decade of industry and financial services experience. In particular, I've worked extensively with enterprise software, SaaS, consumer internet and digital media, technology-enabled services, and other companies in the technology vertical. I have throughout my career built and managed corporate development / M&A / investing functions end-to-end from sourcing to deal execution, negotiation and integration for public, private, and private-equity backed companies. I am well-versed in managing transactions of consequences from an in-house, investing, and advisory capacity.
