About David Lindeman

Over the course of the last 7 years I have progressed from my previous role of Site Manager to the running of multiple contracts in the capacity of Contracts Manager. This has often involved taking the projects from the initial client enquiry or from tender stage through contract award developing close working relationships with the members of the construction team both those in house and of the clients appointment from the inception to the successful conclusion of the scheme. I believe well-managed projects should exceed clients' expectations regarding quality and service and am always prepared to apply myself and my skill sets to that end throughout my involvement in any project. My attributes include: • Particularly good grounding in site and contract management of remarkably diverse projects both in value, size, type, and scope of work. • Good team leadership and interpersonal skills motivating team members through personal dedication to quality, constructive dialogue, and an uncompromising work ethic. • Ability to collaborate with sub-contractors to keep them willingly engaged throughout the particular contract and beyond.
