What happens if you give a kid a set of screwdrivers, a soldering iron, a pile of electronic toys, lots of Lego, and a book titled How Stuff Works? My parents found out: The kid’s room will never look the same again. Things will break, be disassembled, pried open, and reassembled (sort of). A curious, creative mind will start to develop — and that easily makes up for the first two outcomes. In many ways, I’m still that kid who can’t resist figuring out how new “toys” work. These days, my toys just happen to be real-world projects, and my joy comes from helping others solve problems — whether in electronics, product development, or beyond. If you ever work with me, you’ll find I’m easygoing, I listen, and I focus on finding solutions without ego. And if, for some reason, that’s not the case one day, a cup of coffee and the magic words “Look! There’s a Lego Technic cogwheel on the floor!” will set things right.
