As an associate with the Godino/Lipp Retail Team, Mr. Lipp has been involved in and completed hundreds of sale and lease transactions valued at over $130 million since joining the firm in July 2006. Primarily focusing on retail property, Mr. Lipp specializes in tenant representation as well as the leasing and sale of shopping centers. Currently, he is representing or has completed transactions with the following tenants: Harbor Freight Tools, Rainbow Apparel USA, Children’s Learning Adventure, Aaron's Rents Inc, Taco Bell, Church's Chicken, Jack in the Box, Inc, In-n-Out Burger, HR Block, Dotty's Casinos and Cricket Wireless. He represents approximately 15 lease and sale listings of over square feet of commercial property. Landlords and clients include KIMCO, Weingarten Realty, SL Investments (NV Carl's Jr. Franchisee), Sarofim Realty Advisors, Budget Rent a Car, Jim Marsh American Corporation, Cliffwood Capital and Yamin Family Trust, to name a few. Specialties: Experience in the sales and leasing of anchored and neighborhood strip shopping centers. Experience with Fast Food tenant representation, ground lease and build-to-suits
