I’m a VP & Director of Retail Operations with 15+ years of experience in both large and small format sites. I have worked on integrated campaigns with companies such as Shell, Bi-Lo and Kroger and have been recognized with several awards during my career. Until recently, I led retail operations for Sprint Foods, a convenience store chain focused on Next Level Convenience. In this role, I concentrated on operations, although I was also responsible for Marketing, Human Resources and Facilities. Successes included launching a Loyalty Program, a Fuel Discount Card and was key to the integration of multiple acquisitions. Colleagues know me as a high energy operator who is always focused on results. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and customer needs before suggesting ideas and solutions.
