Throughout my career, I have led public policy campaigns spanning the evolution of technology—from Web 1.0 (static websites, e-commerce) to Web 2.0 (social media, cloud) and now Web 3.0 (AI, cryptocurrency). This breadth of experience enables me to navigate complex regulatory challenges and shape forward-thinking policies that drive innovation and responsible growth. My diverse experience as a leader in technology GAPP (at both HQ and DC office) in international, federal, state and local politics, has honed my ability to adjust priorities rapidly and creatively. Moreover, having led two teams through a major corporate divestiture – during the separation of eBay/PayPal – I learned to achieve legislative and regulatory victories, while keeping team morale high.
