About David Long

I am passionate about helping organisations dream big and achieve better outcomes. In my work with expert teams, I pride myself on encouraging a customer-centric mindset and a high-performance culture, as well as trying to add a good dose of fun while we do great things together. Working with these teams, we often co-design with our clients using Human-Centred Design (HCD) and Design Thinking techniques to align the right strategy, people, processes, technology, and data. I've worked with clients on a wide range of subjects, including: innovation, strategy, experience design (CX/UX), Agile & performance coaching, custom apps, process automation, generative AI, data & AI platforms/governance/management, business intelligence (BI), data visualisation, cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, communications and marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, finance, enterprise resource planning (ERP), web content management systems (CMS), digital experience platforms (DXP), and customer data platforms (CDP). My involvement has been across the lifecycle of these programs and projects: proposals and tender responses, strategy and planning, discovery, analysis, design, implementation/iteration (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and ongoing support.
