As a Managing Consultant at OMEP, I help small and medium sized manufacturers grow their businesses to become more competitive. I see businesses are market driven delivery systems for the sale of products and services. Through my abilities and experience I align business operations with their marketplace to improve performance and enhance the business’ value. As a Business Transition Planning Advisor I coach business owners in the development of an Exit Strategy that allows them to monetize their ROI while exiting their business on their terms. Depending on the owner’s selected transition, I develop Succession Plans that prepare the next generation of leadership. I provide a turnkey approach to business transition planning; working with your advisors or I bring our advisor team to assist us. I learned early in my career I was better at business strategy and generating profits than engineering fixtures, processes, or introducing new products. Thus, my ability to see the whole business picture, combined with my engineering mindset allows me to develop no cost, low cost solutions to improving operational performance.
