I'm a real estate executive with extensive experience managing homebuilding operations in major markets throughout Southern California. I possess expertise in all facets of the homebuilding industry, with a particular talent for both sales and land. My background includes time as President for Toll Brothers San Diego Division and D.R. Horton's San Diego Division, which generated up to $53m in pre-tax profit,$450m in annual revenue and sales of up to units in as many as 25 communities. This division was the 8th-most profitable in the company. I have also managed S. Calif. sales and marketing activities for such major builders as Shea Homes, J.M. Peters Co, and Bramalea Builders. During this period of my career, NAHB named me National Salesperson of the Year, as well as honored me with a Maxel Award as the National Sales Manager of the Year.(According to NAHB, I am the only homebuilding executive to have won both awards.) I'm currently seeking new business and career opportunities, preferably in a leadership capacity with a public or private builder or developer.
