As an Onboarding Associate at ShipMonk, I collaborate closely with operation and warehouse personnel to deliver a seamless 3PL transition for new customers and e-commerce store owners. I manage 20-30 clients on a daily basis, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. I also communicate and perform tasks using Slack and Asana, demonstrating my proficiency in online tools and platforms. In addition to my current role, I am pursuing a dual BS in Aviation Operations and International Business from Lynn University, where I expect to graduate in May 2023. I have a passion for aviation and business, and I aspire to apply my knowledge and skills in these fields to the e-commerce industry. Recently, I was a Millennium Fellow at Millennium Campus Network, where I led and partnered in bringing One Love, a relationship-oriented club, to my university. This experience reflects my values of leadership, partnership, and social impact.
