An interdisciplinary researcher and criminoIogist, I teach UG and PG courses related to policing, integrative criminology, global ethics, critical digital, data and tech. studies, and futures studies. I supervise master's and doctoral research, manage and conduct research projects, and write for publication. I also pioneer the theory and practice of multimodal creative criminology. My research interests include police legitimacy and ethics, AI and DDaT developments in policing, visual and creative criminology, digital sociology, surveillance studies, and interdisciplinary research methods. Current projects include, 1. global ethics and police use of DDaT, and 2. creative research and representations of crime, surveillance and control.
