About David Lynch

David is a Partner at Sia with 20 years consulting experience to both public and private sector organisations in Europe and Australia. David specialises in business strategy and transformation and leads the Performance Improvement service line. He has a broad range of industry experience with a particular focus on the mining sector where he has supported a large number of organisations on Operating Model Transformation and Business Improvement, often using data and technology as an enabler of change. He is a trusted advisor to a large number of ASX listed mining organisations. After attending Clongowes Wood College, David went on to complete a Bachelor of Business studies from Trinity College in Dublin.
