About David Lyndon

David Lyndon has worked all over the world, providing dedicated service to a range of organisations that have benefited from his initiative and skillset. Currently David Lyndon works for Reputation Leaders to capture and synthesize actionable insights from multiple data sources to drive decision making for brands and organisations. Based in the US Northeast, he works internationally. At Reputation Leaders, David is the Head of Operations, leading a team of 7 smart, enthusiastic project managers and researchers. He is responsible for the final delivery of the projects under his management, as well as coaching and supporting the team. Recent and ongoing projects include delivering the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey, with interviews in over 40 countries around the world every quarter since 2021. Through a combination of best-practice project management, cutting edge technology and a highly motivated and capable team, we deliver results in days after fieldwork completes, as well as written commentary for every country and calls with the local market leaders each quarter to deliver the most crucial insights. As a senior member of a small business David wears a lot of hats. He is responsible for Reputation Leaders' ongoing ISO 27001 certification which we have achieved for the past 2 years with an unqualified pass.(Best possible). He is currently the Data Privacy Officer, responsible for GDPR training and adherence to the regulations through the processes and safeguards we have implemented. He is passionate about making the world a better place through his involvement with his church, his work, his family and his community. Most recently he volunteered on the ground in Hatay (Southern Turkey) after the massive earthquakes in Turkey and Syria in 2023. Before joining Reputation Leaders David worked as an educator at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University. In this teaching role, he used powerful storytelling methods to communicate complex data and ideas through text, images, media and kinetic learning. David brings years of project management experience with Evergreen Investments, now Wells Fargo Advantage Funds, where he worked with the project management team as a data and reporting specialist. It was here that he managed teams of up to 20 people through diverse customer facing projects. These projects emphasized constant evaluation of decisions affecting stakeholders based on raw data and subsequent analysis. David holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering (Hons) from the University of the West of England in Bristol.
