There are three things that get my juices flowing: the building of meaningful and substantive business relationships with high and ultra-high net worth individuals; the more esoteric end of the men's luxury apparel marketplace; and the management and operation of mid-to-high-rise residential buildings. I am known for being obsessed with quality and service, and for only partnering with those who are the best in their field. I demand high-quality design and efficient production: whether I’m creating a one-of-a-kind suit, or overseeing a construction project. I am a recognized leader in men’s luxury apparel. For twelve years, I have overseen one of the largest businesses of its kind; developing the programs and processes to deliver tens of millions of dollars in luxury clothing to discerning individuals who value my input and advice on a highly personal and emotional aspect of their life. I utilize a consultative approach, on a peer-to-peer level regarding clothing and beyond. I manage complex and discrete relationships with senior level executives across a variety of industries: I collaborate with customers, co-workers and external parties (vendors, contractors, service providers) to deliver results. I have overseen over square feet of Class A renovations. I have managed the restoration of a glass curtain wall system; the waterproofing of an underground parking structure and the reconstruction of the public plaza on top of it. I directed the design and execution of a state-of-the-art residential fitness center, including the purchase of equipment and a complex audio/visual solution. I am well versed in CIOA-based condominium law. For those in the know, I am a BuildingLink ninja.
