Under his direction, the association has established formal offices for Global Affairs and Media Relations, created the prestigious President’s Circle Award, and aligned itself as an academic participant in the United Nations Global Compact. His work has elevated Harris University’s alumni body into a globally visible force for academic diplomacy, cross-border collaboration, and institutional excellence. Dr. Biery holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA, and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Professional (CLSSMBBP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Agile Professional (SSGI–CAP). His expertise spans corporate operations, enterprise loyalty strategy, organizational design, and scalable systems thinking.
