I have been practicing law for thirty-three years, focusing on technology, digital media & assets, software and a wide variety of venture stage companies. I have extensive experience in corporate finance, securities, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and related regulatory matters. I received my B.A. from Harvard University in 1981 and my J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1987. I am the founding Managing Partner at Martin Davis, PLLC, a boutique law firm based in Seattle, WA, a Founder and General Partner of CounterPointe Ventures,a blockchain technology “eco-system” fund, and a Founder and Principal of CounterPointe Sports Group, a company dedicated to tokenizing interests in professional sports On March 9, 2020, David M. The Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States is the most prestigious association of attorneys in the country.
