DECC and DCMS. Consistently executed 2,500+ estates management transactions p.a. with landlords inc. Forestry Commission, National Trust, Scottish Power, The Crown Estate, MOD and Severn Trent Water. Expert speaker at conferences, seminars and in the media providing insights into the Electronic Communications Code, 5G technology & rollout and the UK's property regime and marketplace. Qualifications: Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer.
