I have worked across a range companies: • $31B global professional services firm (Accenture 11 yrs) • $1B consumer goods manufacturer (Playtex Products 13 yrs) • $100M reverse logistics/e-commerce start-up (ReturnBuy 3 Select accomplishments: • Implemented operating model changes resulting in the creation of new business units, impacting 50k people and leading to 11% growth • Built a 160 person team in India responsible for developing differentiated intellectual property used to by the firm’s 350k employees • Managed a reorganization that created a person strategy consulting practice. Then managed all operational aspects for the global group including $10M in annual investments that increased revenues 10% to $700M • Led the operational go-live of a venture-backed start-up that grew to 150 people and $100M in revenues Analytical, action-oriented, rigorous and value-focused are words used to describe myself.
