About David Mainstone

With over 6 years of experience as a HGV driver, I am a fuel delivery specialist and trainer at Watson Fuels, a leading provider of fuel and energy solutions. I hold a clean licence, CPC, ADR, Petroleum Driver Passport and Digital Tacho Card. I am skilled in loading, transporting and delivering Diesel, Gas Oil and Kerosene to domestic. agricultural and commercial customers safely and efficiently. Part of my remit is also to provide training for new drivers joining the company with or without previous fuel delivery experience on an Adhoc basis.I also have a background in general haulage, motorsport and film facilities industries, where I used various types of vehicles and towing combinations. In addition, I have a 22-year career in the Royal Navy, where I developed and applied my leadership, communication, organisation, and decision-making skills in challenging and demanding situations. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring others, and I have a Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. I am committed to providing excellent service, quality and safety to my clients and colleagues.
