About David Major

It has always been important to me to work where the greatest opportunity lies to make a difference, continually developing my skills and experience and encouraging the people around me to do the same. I thrive in team environments, where I am constantly challenged and driven to be a better person and a better professional. I believe that investing in people is always the right answer, making sure that people-centric outcomes always drive process, rather than the other way around! I believe that leadership is a personal choice rather than a job title, that leadership is required at all levels.I believe that ‘the way things have always been done’ often gets in the way of ‘the way things could be better’. I enjoy the opportunity to work with organisations to build strong foundations through systemic review and improvement, firmly based in supporting outcomes.
