This page is about summary, but almost all about my professions is written in my profile. So, this summary is more about my opinion and way how, I´m thinking when I´m working -) Before I joined TRW and become to CIM and AME position, I was working as technician of fin machines in BEHR czech company and this experience helped me very much in better understanding of product and process issues which occured in future. I met a lot of people in my profesional live who has very good theoretical knowledge of lean manufacturing, but for some of them was very hard to aply this tools in praxe, what was for me again very beneficial because they teached me lean manufacturing and, I had a chance to apply this tools in process. Therefore, I think that every new manager, leader, supervisor should be at least one month in position of his future/current employees to understand which problems needs to be solved instead of continual waiting for reports, because even people has a problems and solving of their work issues is a half way to victory (this is not degradation of managers, this is huge help). Then I know which datas are available and what must be monitored to satisfy my company as well as my customer.(what is not monitored does not exist.) Key of well solved problem is well understand problem and well understand how much motivated are people who solve our issues. Because I had a chance to work almost on all positions in operations I can say that understanding of issues is for me much easier and Basic Problem Solving is much faster and efficient than 10 years ago when I started -) What can be better than to go physically through whole VSM -)
