I am a curious mind and lifelong learner passionate about using digital learning, data science, and human-centered design to empower knowledge workers. With over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, I help organizations build impactful, analytics-driven training ecosystems through platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Cornerstone. Currently, I serve as Manager – Learning & Development at New World Development, where I lead LMS Implementation, design immersive learning experiences, and support large-scale event production. I previously managed LMS design, data analytics and eLearning strategies at Li & Fung, where I worked across global offices, including Europe and Southeast Asia. My technical skillset spans Python, Power BI, Articulate Storyline, and Microsoft 365, and I'm a certified Google Data Analytics and PRINCE2 Practitioner. I combine these skills with creativity—often applying AI and storytelling techniques in training—and compassion, as shown in my voluntary role leading Forest Therapy sessions.
