About David Manuchia

After a successful 11 year executive career at Darden Restaurants, I founded Restaurant Partners, Inc. in 1992 as a full service Consulting Company helping casual dining operators enhance their profitability and growth infrastructure. I was fortunate to be a member of the four person founding team for The Olive Garden chain, and have since successfully launched, operated, and sold multiple restaurants across different cuisines and locations. I have capitalized on my hands-on Darden education to establish systems for restaurant management, business development, marketing, finance, and customer service, and have a passion for creating and delivering high-quality dining experiences that meet the diverse needs and preferences of our customers, My biggest thrill however, is coaching a team for optimal performance and seeing high quality people develop into industry leaders. My mission is to grow and innovate the restaurant industry, while supporting the local communities that have made us successful. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to expand our portfolio of managed properties and industry network, and enjoy talking with fellow passionate restaurateurs.
