Currently a FNOL Customer Service Supervisor with Erie Insurance Group. My background in Telecommunications, Claims & Customer Service extends over a 12 Year Career ranging from Call Center Operations as a Senior Operator to an extensive claims background serving roles as: Hybrid Facilitator, Inside Claims Representative & most recent Inside Claims Specialist. With an extensive background in claims I have serviced majority of the Erie Insurance Territories as an Inside Liability Adjuster & as a Inside Property Adjuster, handling both 1st & 3rd party settlements. Additionally, I have served as a Peer Mentor & Trainer within the Claims division, working with newly hired employees to prepare them for their new challenges and duties. I am a Licensed Adjuster in the States of: Kentucky, North Carolina & West Virginia. Within my role as a FNOL Supervisor I am managing a team ranging from 9-12 Employees monitoring their quality of service while also preparing them for future career endeavors through development & coaching. Outside of my career, I’m a Father of 1, a Husband to my loving wife whom I have been with for 13 Years & an active member of the Erie Athletic community. Most of the time you can find me on a Local Basketball Court or League and have been an active Mentor to student athletes ranging from Middle School to Division II.
