About David Mason

My career has included work as a Developer for Property and Real Estate Acquisition and Planning, Sales and Marketing Director, Financial manager, Management consultant, College Instructor, Entrepreneur, US Army Officer, US Government Executive, Information and Networking Technology Executive, Engineering Consulting, Electric Power Engineering, and Acting. Graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology, I received Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering. I have actively continued my education in a number of fields. My current business interests include real estate development, information technology, and energy projects. I have been the Treasurer of the George Mason University, Osher Life Learning Institute. I have served on both corporate and non profit boards. I am currently enjoying work as an actor on stage and on screen. I have become involved in efforts to reign the plague of short-term / vacation rentals that are threatening the integrity of homeownership by bringing too many strangers into our neighborhoods. I have found that the application of the "engineering approach" to problems has proven invaluable. During my career, I have lived in Arizona, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, Germany, and England. I currently reside in Scottsdale, Arizona, with my family. I am also actively interested in my greater family and six grandchildren. I have attained membership in the prestigious; “Lifetime Achievement”, “Platinum”,"Pioneer","Hall of Fame","Multi-Million Dollar Sales", and “Top Producer” Real Estate Clubs. I have been a Realtor® over Forty Years, and I have worked in property development, land, and residential and commercial real estate. Specialties: The application of the "engineering approach" to many disciplines and problems, associated with planning, management, sales, marketing, and development. I enjoy acting and have appeared on stage and TV.
