In my 15+ years of diverse employment experience, I have gained valuable skill sets in program management, quality assurance, staff development, training and executive level management. As a program manager, I have successfully managed and executed multiple local, state and federal contracts concurrently. In addition, I was responsible for developing, implementing and supervising vital social service programs that have made a lasting impact in communities across the United States. As the Chief Administrative Officer for a nonprofit in San Antonio, I expanded my knowledge in the areas of personnel management, human resources, accounting and operations. I consider my strengths to be that I am a driven, passionate, goal oriented and a highly motivated leader who can be an asset to the operations of your organization.
