12+ years in finance and banking, scaling products and customer journeys — and building the teams behind them. Currently, as a Head of Product Development, I lead product owners across e-commerce, POS, CRM, transport, SoftPOS, Merchant Zone, transaction lifecycle, and public web platforms within the acquiring domain. I work where product strategy meets execution and people leadership. My role is not only about building products, but about building teams that truly understand merchants, customers, and the full payment journey end-to-end. Alongside my day-to-day role, I am deeply involved in the Czech payments ecosystem.
