I've spent over a decade working with IKEA in places as far apart as Canada, the UK, and Central Europe. Throughout this journey, one thing has stayed constant—my belief in creating meaningful experiences that improve everyday life. Whether it's finding more innovative ways to meet the needs of our customers or leading teams to innovate and grow, I've always kept people at the heart of everything I do. As CEO and CSO for IKEA in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia, I'm responsible for ensuring we continue to help people turn their homes into spaces they love while leading us toward a more sustainable future. I'm proud to contribute to IKEA's mission: to create a better everyday life for the many people. Through this mission, we aim to offer well-designed, functional, and affordable home furnishing solutions that meet the needs of everyday life. I'm most proud of helping implement our Ingka Sustainability Strategy, ensuring we're meeting today's needs and thinking ahead for tomorrow's. It's about building a business that benefits people, communities, and the environment for future generations. I love seeing teams work together, developing their strengths, and creating something better than we thought possible—a culture of empowerment. At the end of the day, what drives me is the idea that we can all help make life a little bit better for one another. I'm always excited to connect with others who share that same vision of making a positive difference—whether in retail, leadership, or life.
