I began my career in the automotive industry at Cliffside Park High School. I graduated with automotive honors by having four periods a day successfully diagnosing and repairing vehicles. After my high school graduation I was fortunate to get a job offer at the local Ford dealer in my home town in the Parts Department as a parts delivery driver. Within six months, I was handling the parts counter assisting retail, wholesale, and the shop technicians with OE Ford parts needed for repairs. I took advantage of all resources available to learn customer assistance in the automotive industry which led me a promotion as Assistant Parts Manager. Unfortunate events occurred and Ford terminated the dealership in 2003. I was offered a Parts Manager position at another Ford dealer in Bergen County, NJ. Three years later this dealer was forced to terminate by Ford Motor Company. One month later I was offered the opportunity as Parts Manager at a Lincoln and Subaru Dealer in Bergen County, NJ. In March, 2017 the Lincoln franchise was sold and continued to work at the Subaru store until February, 2020. I am currently employed at a Mitsubishi new car dealer in Phoenix, Arizona. I am driven and passionate with this line of work that I have grown into. I am eager to continue to keep up with today’s technology and customer service training for overall customer satisfaction.
