Worked internationally in Angola, Malaysia, Germany, France, and Canada at site locations where dealing with customer relations fell on me as the site supervisor. I have traveled to and worked in domestic locations like Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico for Cameron as a contractor. Supervised multi-million dollar offshore projects like Tahiti, K2, Perdido, Independence Trail, and Shenzi. Supervised crews on site projects and in shop. Supervised and set up equipment for insulation of sub-sea products such as manifolds, trees, doghouses, pignloops, pipes, blister covers goosenecks, and jumper sets. Knowledge and operating skills of CTM 200 glass syntactic polymer machine, LP 120/30 polymer machines, Cannon, Doweling, 2KM machine, including maintenance of each which includes load pumps, vacuum pumps, some electrical maintenance, replacing hoses, and valves. These systems are set up on a SYN DRIVE to keep a constant ratio and are controlled by a PLC based system. Pump equipment, air dryer systems, reactors tanks, ribbon mixers and de-humidifying vacuums are some of the pieces of equipment used to maintain product. Managed plant transitions which require use of electrical, fabricating skills and knowledge of product in preparation of next job, keeping me alert in all aspects of mechanical skills necessary for quick turn-around. Knowledge and regular use of metrical measurements.Ran test on chemicals for specific gravity, cured density and wet density. Ran hardness test for shore A and D hardness by use of durometer. Worked with various chemicals including but not limited to acetone, polyol, isocyanate, rubinate, acetate, and pur-flush. I also have overhead crane and forklift training.
