With well over ten years' experience in the Fire Service, and over twenty years as a corporate leader, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to the table. Collaborating with local government agencies, fire departments, and community organizations, I lead the development and implementation of comprehensive FireSmart programs tailored to our unique region. My focus extends beyond raising awareness about wildfire risks; I actively empower residents and businesses to take proactive measures in protecting their properties. By conducting thorough assessments, delivering educational workshops, and facilitating community-wide initiatives, I strive to foster a culture of preparedness and resilience. Drawing upon my exceptional organizational and project management skills, I coordinate fire prevention activities, such as fuel management and vegetation assessments.
