Better cyber security is critical to the not-for-profit sector and for everyone it seeks to support. I advocate for better cyber security for Infoxchange's customers and across the not-for-profit sector. I aim to make improving cyber security straightforward (it often is) and fun (well, maybe). In the past I've described myself as a not-for-profit manager and leader, with a proven ability to engage and inspire people to work collaboratively towards common goals. I aim to create calm, focus, and energy and facilitate teams to seek common ground and take action; I try to demonstrate initiative, integrity, curiosity and aiming for excellence. Like most of the people I work with, I'm motivated by a drive to help create a more sustainable and equitable world. Experienced in HR, finance and operations management, governance and compliance, people, systems, technology and process.
