Following the merger of Keurig and Dr Pepper, the CEO and CCO asked me to become President of the $6.2B Direct Store Delivery organization and lead the business through a complex integration. While adapting to the ever-changing dynamics of a global pandemic, I created and implemented a comprehensive plan that grew revenue 6.9 percent, increased gross margin 11 percent, and improved operating income 12.9 percent while ensuring the health and safety of customer-facing associates.
