Experienced in sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating with candidates in Europe, North America, South America, UK, Middle East and Australia. Consistent and proven track record in achieving and exceeding KPIs and hiring candidates in a wide variety of roles, from sales, marketing, IT, developers, legal & compliance, finance, product managers and human resources. Aside from managing the recruitment process, I have delivered on key projects such as graduate programmes, careers fairs in both Ireland and UK, student internship placements, mentoring and training of new team members and proudly created and developed a relationship with external stakeholders where I collaborated with a national broadcaster to have our company feature on a national televised documentary in January of 2023.
