I am currently the Senior Manager of Vertical Strategy at Purolator. I lead initiatives that enhance our service offerings and collaborate with various groups across the business to ensure strategic roadmaps align to our Product Strategy. Previously, I worked in Corporate Strategy at Purolator. I supported the strategic planning process and engaged with various stakeholder groups across the business to ensure alignment and initiatives fit within the Corporate Strategy. Prior to this, I was a Management Consultant. Working in the Management Consulting industry for 7+ years, I supported my clients solve their most compelling problems. I led engagements across several functional areas. Some of which included setting and evolving organizational strategy, navigating complex transformational initiatives and building training programs to enhance organizational capabilities. Some of my core skills include analytics, change management, coaching, communication, leadership, management, problem-solving, strategy and teamwork.
