With over twenty years of experience in the high-end jewelry sales and service industries, I am a uniquely qualified solution-oriented customer service professional with a laser-focused, highly versatile customer satisfaction objective. That passion for customer satisfaction and luxury jewelry led me to open a private client diamond and timepiece procurement business, Opulent Creations LLC, in 2017. I truly enjoyed the excitement of starting my own business, but it led me to understand my real ability, which was analytical thinking and attention to detail. These abilities are what helped me give my clients the experience they really desired and raved about. This year, I’m going to apply these skills to the tech world, learn more about data analytics, and secure a certification in either Power BI or Tableau.
