A commercially astute and versatile Finance professional with experience across many sectors including professional and financial services, banking, asset finance, transport, engineering media, retail, telecoms and travel. Now an Angel Investor and NED interested in challenging part time NED opportunities. I have held a number of different senior roles and have developed a broad range of skills and expertise. I have a track record of finance functional. treasury and project team leadership, successfully delivering excellent finance functional team performance, change management projects and large complex commercial transactions. During my career working in significant roles I have delivered robust solutions to financial and operational problems. I have earned a reputation as the ‘go to’ person to provide solutions to cross functional problems. I have gained a lot of commercial expertise in managing and delivering large corporate finance transactions including business aquisition and sales, big ticket leasing transactions, equity fundraising, bond issuance and bank debt. Underpinning my technical ability are strong communication and inter-personal skills. This has allowed me to successfully operate at board level, manage large teams and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
