I'm that guy who turns up, works and does it with a smile. I attended University as a mature student, and I can honestly say it was the best decision that I could have ever possibly made and now I am ready to show people what I can do. Very respectful and willing to talk with colleagues over ideas, can work with anyone and always ready to listen and take on-board something new. There is nothing better than learning how something works and being able to explain that concept. With an eye for ensuring clients/customers are at their most content with the service and any products they may digest from the business. While always striving to go that extra mile. I find troubleshooting and problem solving with hardware and software very rewarding, and enjoy taking part in projects that can be seen through from start to finish. Very often build and maintain various hardware and devices for friends and family and enjoy setting up systems for them. Currently working in application support for Experian Nottingham, within the CI/BI area and have a great team around me who I can work closely with. This is especially true when we are all collaborating to ensure service stability (during a major incident). As technology progresses, I am utilising more of my time to become the PaaS SME in Dynatrace, Open Shift and some of our other hosted products. I find these new technologies to be fascinating in how we set them up within and around our estate. Some experience using Python, C, C++(Netbeans IDE), Android Studio and Swift (iOS). Favourite methodology: LEAN OS's used: Windows 95, 98, ME, XP, Vista, 7, 8/8.1 and 10, MAC OS High Sierra, iOS and Android. Some of the things I love to do are to engross myself in a variation of games, cook, watching the League of Legends Championships (both European and American) and enjoying live music. Camping, coffee and Spanish food/wine. I also take the time to share my experiences to the world on YouTube and Twitch as another "feather in my hat" in video editing and presenting.
