Solicitor registered with the Portuguese Chamber of Solicitors and Enforcement Agents (CP 9073), holding a degree in Solicitor Studies from the Polytechnic of Porto. I carry out my professional activity in Madeira Island, with a particular focus on real estate and property law, commercial and corporate law, and notarial acts. In the real estate field, I assist with operations ranging from property purchase and sale, residential and commercial leases, inheritance involving real estate assets, to land registry matters and compliance with local urban planning requirements. In the commercial and corporate area, I provide legal support to companies in matters such as incorporation and amendment of companies, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, transfer of shares or corporate interests, and legal obligations before the commercial registry. My main focus is to ensure clear, rigorous, and accessible legal information, guiding individuals and businesses through legal processes that require transparency and security. I believe the practice of a solicitor must combine ethics, proximity, and innovation, contributing to solid legal solutions adapted to the regional context.
