About David Meneely

I’ve spent over 20 years in the Commercial AV industry in a variety of roles. I began as a field tech living in ceilings, false floors and equipment racks. Throughout the years I moved into various roles including project management, design, programming, account management and ultimately into a series of leadership positions. I have extensive experience with high visibility multi-million dollar projects, building and developing teams that oversee strategic and enterprise accounts, recognizing, recruiting and developing people, creating and customizing managed services to support technology, developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, coworkers and vendors. This experience offers me a unique perspective on enhancing and growing the business while also improving the customer experience at all levels. I’m a hands-on leader with a desire to lead by example. I enjoy opportunities to help mentor and develop those around me, while realizing that I too am being mentored, led and inspired by them. There is always something new to learn and be inspired by from those I collaborate with.
