David’s service is in the areas of Residential home and unit sales, project marketing, Land sales, Commercial and Industrial sales. Dave has been in the industry since 1997. My child hood was spent on a farm just south of Townsville which lead towards a career as a Boiler Maker that took me to Mount Isa & then returning to Townsville. Upon my return I spent the next six years running local retail stores giving me the opportunity to develop & further my business skills. I purchase my first home at the age of 19 for and like us all, I felt like I paid too much. Well from home to home and some investment properties on the way it was always a personal goal of mine to enter the world of Real Estate sales. After spending 8 years with a local Real Estate office I then teamed up with Jason Ginn to start our first office, Live-N-Invest Real Estate. I have made my home at Brook Hill just opposite Oak Valley as it’s the lifestyle I enjoyed growing up in. When I do have a rare weekend off from open houses, I hook up the boat for a spot of fishing.
