I love being able to work with patients and their families to improve their experience. Whether it be by providing a personal escort to an appointment, obtaining information, making and confirming appointments, or by doing service recovery. By providing someone to speak with, a parking pass, food vouchers, or an apology I like to humanize the hospital experience. My hope is to obtain a position where I can again assist in making the patient and family experience a better one. I can use EPIC and Centricity to make sure patients are in the correct location and create CRM's in EPIC In regards to patient notes. By anticipating the needs of patients another worry is removed from their mind.
