As the Senior Director of Sustainability Solutions at Redaptive, a data-driven energy services company, I lead the sales and new business development of large-scale energy efficiency retrofits and building intelligence solutions. With over 25 years of experience in technology sales, customer relationship management, and executive leadership, I have a proven track record of delivering value to Fortune 500 clients across various industries and markets. My core competencies include identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams, and negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements. I have consistently achieved top performance awards and recognition for exceeding sales, bookings, and revenue goals, as well as for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I have also been involved in several successful mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings, raising over $11M in venture capital and doubling corporate gross profit margins.
