About David Moorehead

As an accomplished aviation professional with 21 years of progessively responsible positions I have extensive knowledge of system interrelationships and management of both airborne and ground communication, navigation, radar and electronic systems. I have strong diagnostic skills in the resolution of technical problems and expertise to provide technical guidance and direction to junior technicians combined. In addition I possess excellent organizational and communication skills with team leadership experience. I carry a FCC General Radiotelephone Operator's License with Radar Endorsement and FAA Airframe Mechanics License as well as an APCO (Associated Public-Safety Communication Officers) Radiotelephone Technician Certificate. I am presently seeking new employment having been recently released from my company of 18 years due to its massive downsizing and restructuring. My most immediate goal is to find a position (aviation or non-aviation) where I can use my electronics education, training, experience and leadership to help an organization meet its business goals and challenges.
