About David Morris

I am a new Media Artist and Visual Communicator with over five years experience in many facets of design. In 2008, I formed a deep appreciation and interest for art and design after being exposed to Adobe Fireworks as a high school freshman. Since then, my drive and passion for all things technology have allowed me to not only learn the professional tools of my trade but also understand more about the machines that they operate on, accumulating high levels of computer literacy and problem-solving ability. I had the opportunity to use what I learned to help serve my community and its infrastructure throughout my high school and college career. I am passionate about helping people and helping organizations that aim to help others; therefore, I am a designer who wants his work to not only be profitable but also go to a company who is dedicated to helping their community, their country, and the world. A company that gives back to their community deserves the most well-rounded employees. I graduated from Kennesaw State University in December of 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts in New Media Arts. Specifically, my degree specialized in the following areas: layout/publication design, logo design, brand development, graphic design, photography/post-production, videography/post-production, design theory, 2-d animation, and web design (HTML5, CSS, jQuery). I have worked with a variety of clients throughout my years, and many of them compliment me on my ability to communicate complex design ideas in an easy-to-understand way as well as my patience and understanding. One of the most amazing experiences is when I can take someone's vision, and through an iterative process, bring it to life.
