Dave has provided training and support to users of Proliance on Demand at the Illinois Tollway, part of KFA’s implementation of Meridian’s Proliance Web-based project management and collaboration system for the Illinois Tollway’s 10-year,$6.3 billion dollar Congestion Relief Plan. Dave has updated manuals and training materials since the original implementation of 11 business processes to reflect software updates and publishes a bi-weekly newsletter for system users. The newsletter provides updates on Tollway Policies and Procedures that affect how Proliance is used and offers software tips for users, Lessons Learned and Best Practices. As Tollway management realized the value of the Web-based project management system, Morris helped develop work flows, configured the software, wrote step-by-step work instructions and conducted special training sessions for an additional 15 business processes. Dave uses IBM’s Cognos reporting tool to provide current information to project management regarding the status of business processes and updates on the multi-project design and construction program.
