David has over 25 years of sales and service experience and over hours (over 800 days) facilitation, coaching, training and consulting experience across may different industries and Channels. David's strength lays in identifying gaps in capability and processes very quickly to ensure there is limited impact on the business and the person that the gap would create for the business. He always seeks to understand the business and the individuals before and after any intervention to ensure the content is relevant to improvement. As a facilitator he always puts himself on the other side of the room understanding that he has been there before hence making every minute count of every person.
