About David Munk

There’s nothing I love more than building people and teams through spotlighting strengths. I’ve spent over 15 years scaling sales departments. Take Pryes—As the first sales rep they’d ever hire, and over the last 5 years scaling the team to a 10-person sales org (not counting the 40+ person brand ambassador program I initiated). Helping build us to become the largest self-distributing brewery in Minnesota (north of 8,500bbls as of 2022). People are what matter to me, though. Having trained 100s of people through personal and professional life coaching. Life is all about emotional intelligence, relationship building, and being honest with ourselves to truly grow. “Joyful growth” is what resonates, and it’s just as important to work life as personal life. I’m happiest when I’m combining it all together. Lets stop telling ourself the story that growth has to be painful, lets enjoy it!
