I am an innovative, decisive technology leader with a proven history of bringing cutting edge products to market. I am a career systems engineer which means that I can work with any technology and go as deep as necessary. I am currently responsible for fraud prevention strategy for the Money Network program at Fiserv. Money Network is a debit card payments product designed for Enterprise payroll and Government benefit programs. I leverage my system engineering expertise and knowledge of payment protocols to lead a team of professionals who are systematically improving the fraud performance of Money Network and driving up profitable revenue. My team handles all program management activities for the fraud prevention team along with managing vendor relationships. In the past, I was responsible for the Product Engineering of Verizon's entire portfolio of fraud prevention, fintech, and consumer security products with attributable annual revenue of over $1B while managing budgets of over $100M. The role included vendor management, contract negotiations, budget management, product life cycle management, and system engineering. Past roles have armed me with expertise in Mobile OS’s (eg iOS, Android), On-premise OS (eg Open WRT, PRPL), Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC), Vehicle-to-anything (V2X), Drone technologies, telecom infrastructure. My skills include creating and leading teams, system engineering of complex technologies, project management, managing diverse teams of internal and external employees, and vendor management. I have developed strong strategic and long term planning capabilities having engaged with some of the key influencers of the telecommunications industry, both software and hardware. In addition, I have exceptional analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
